Peanut Butter Cup Overnight Oats

Ingredients:
Serves 1
1/3 c gluten free rolled oats
2 Tbsp hemp hearts
2 Tbsp peanut butter or other nut butter
1Tbsp of maple syrup
1/2 c coconut milk or other non-dairy alternative
Directions:
Add ingredients to mason jar and combine well. Don't worry if the nut butter doesn't mix entirely. Put in the fridge overnight and voila, breakfast is ready!
Add banana, berries or nuts for topping (optional)
